The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) recently announced the salary structure as per the 7th Pay Commission. As per the notification issued, there are currently 567 vacancies for Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) in various departments of the Government of National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi. Eligible candidates can apply right away.
Candidates applying for the post must be aware that the DSSSB MTS Salary 2024 will fall within the range of Rs 18,000 to Rs 56,900. Candidates will be given various perks and benefits. Here are all the details regarding their pay structure.
DSSSB will be providing lucrative packages to appointed candidates for Multi-Tasking Staff employees. As per the 7th Pay Commission, the DSSSB MTS salary will range from Rs 18,000 to Rs 56,900 based on Level 1 of the Pay Matrix which would include basic pay, grade pay and various allowances.
The initial in-hand salary of DSSSB MTS lies in the range of Rs 16,915 to Rs 20,245 per month. The pay band will be Rs 5,200 to Rs 20,200 depending on the position and the city. Candidates will receive an annual salary of Rs 1.92 lakh to Rs 2.5 lakh per year. The monthly salary can go up to Rs 56,900 after increments.
Apart from the salary, candidates will be entitled to various benefits and perks. They will be eligible for 24-27% of the basic pay to House Rent Allowance (HRA). They will also get Dearness Allowance (DA), Transport Allowance (TA), Medical Allowance and Leave Travel Concession (LTC).
The recruitment is being done for non-gazetted, non-ministerial posts in the Multi Tasking Staff Group C category. Their main job will be to assist higher officials in daily tasks and ensure that the work is carried out efficiently. As per the department, different responsibilities will be allocated to the candidates. The recruitment in DSSSB includes positions in Women and Child Development, Social Welfare, Training and Technical Education, Planning Department, Land and Building Department and other departments.
