Rajputana Customs is set to unveil a rugged version of the X440, boasting extended forks, high-grip tires and a lightweight aluminum subframe, catering to off-road enthusiasts seeking adventure.

Meanwhile, Old Delhi Motorcycles is channeling rebellion with a retro-themed X440, featuring a sidecar for that classic outlaw vibe.

Bombay Custom Works has taken on the challenge of building a flat track masterpiece based on the X440. This custom variant includes a redesigned fuel tank, exhaust, handlebar, and dual-purpose tires, while modifications to the chassis enhance performance on the flat track.

On the other end of the spectrum, TNT Motorcycles is working on a café racer version, complete with a modified chassis and thick vintage-style tires for a sleek and speedy look.

Adding an interactive element to the event, Harley-Davidson India will host the Bike Build Off, where finalists will transform the X440 into their own unique creations. This initiative aims to inspire and showcase the versatility of X440 customization, encouraging people to personalize their motorcycles.

The stock Harley-Davidson X440 boasts a trellis frame and is powered by a 440cc air-cooled and oil-cooled single-cylinder engine, generating 27.6 horsepower and 38 Nm of torque.

Its features include KYB USD forks at the front, twin shocks at the rear, dual-channel ABS-equipped disc brakes, 18-inch alloy wheels at the front and 17-inch wheels at the rear.

With the first batch of X440 motorcycles already in production and an overwhelming response of 25,000 reservations, the success of these customized models could potentially pave the way for their mass production through the collaborative efforts of Harley-Davidson and Hero MotoCorp.
