The film features Aditya Roy Kapur in a prominent role, alongside other stars. Following his stints in films like Gumraah and The Night Manager last year, Pinkvilla has exclusively learned that Aditya is gearing up to begin shooting for Anurag Basu’s film starting next week.

Sources close to the production have revealed that Aditya Roy Kapur is set to start shooting for the highly anticipated Metro…In Dino, directed by Anurag Basu. The actor is scheduled to kick off the next phase of filming from the upcoming week, with scenes slated to be shot in Mumbai and Delhi.

Apart from Aditya, the cast of the hit 2007 film’s sequel includes Sara Ali Khan, Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkana Sensharma, Ali Fazal and Fatima Sana Shaikh in pivotal roles. It’s an anthology bringing to life heartwarming stories of contemporary couples.

Meanwhile, Aditya Roy Kapur is teaming up with Anurag Basu again after Ludoy, that had released on Netflix. Aditya was last seen in The Night Manager, which received positive reviews by the audience.
